    • Reabilitarea termică;
    • Creșterea calității arhitecturale și de mediu;
    • Alte reparații și îmbunătățiri majore.
  • Fondul este utilizat și pentru reparații de urgență.
  • Asociația de proprietari stabilește anual valoarea fondului, în funcție de costurile anticipate.
  • Proprietarii contribuie la acest fond prin rate lunare.
  • Fondul de reparații nu se returnează vânzătorului la vânzarea apartamentului. Excedentul fondului este reportat pentru anul următor.
